Where You Are Flying From

Charter pricing is time-based, so the origin decides most of the bill. Each band below is the one published on that route's own page.

Jakarta

HLP or CGK · 1 hr 40–55 min

The busiest domestic sector into Bali. Light, midsize or Challenger class, and the band is mostly a question of cabin size.

USD 18,000–40,000

Singapore

WSSS · 2.5–3 hrs · ~950 NM

Wide aircraft choice at this range, so the cabin gets picked for the passengers rather than for the distance.

USD 17,000–40,000

Sydney

YSSY · ~6 hrs · 2,900 NM

Non-stop needs super midsize or larger. Door-to-villa is the usual shape of the booking rather than the flight alone.

USD 55,000–95,000

Dubai

OMDB · 8.5–9.5 hrs

Long-haul and overnight-capable. Super midsize through VIP airliner, with dynamic pricing that moves by week rather than by season.

USD 95,000–320,000

Europe

London, Zurich · 13–16 hrs

Ultra long range only. Global 7500 and G700 can do it non-stop; everything else plans a tech stop for fuel and crew rest.

USD 140,000–260,000

What Does Not Change With The Origin

  • Permits go one way only

DGCA/DKPPU, AirNav Indonesia and the airport authority at WADD/DPS, in writing. Lead time is 24–72 hours internationally, and longer on a foreign registration.

  • Licensed AOC carriers fly it

We are an independent civilian service company. We coordinate the trip; we do not own aircraft and hold no AOC.

  • Everything lands at the same terminal

The general aviation zone at Ngurah Rai, where immigration typically clears in 15–30 minutes.

Choosing Between Them

Which route is cheapest per passenger?

Jakarta, by a wide margin — it is the shortest sector and takes the smallest aircraft. Beyond that, cost per passenger falls as the cabin fills, which is why a VIP airliner from Dubai can undercut first-class block bookings for a delegation.

Can routes be combined?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper than quoting each leg alone. A common shape is a long sector in from the Gulf or Europe, then domestic hops to Jakarta, Labuan Bajo or Sumba on a smaller aircraft better suited to those runways.

Do these bands include taxes?

No. Every band on this page is the charter figure. Airport handling, landing fees, overnight parking and de-icing where a colder hub is involved are itemised separately on the quote.

What if my origin is not listed?

Send it anyway. These five are the sectors with published bands; anything else is quoted the same way — flight hours multiplied by the cabin class rate, plus positioning.

Same Question Every Time: Where From?

City-pair, date and passenger count. That is enough to come back with 2–4 aircraft options on any of these routes.
